You can check the status of your order using the website or app. I recommend using the website since it gives more details and options. Here are the steps:
1. Log into the website or app
Explore Starlink page. Click on Sign In, & enter your credentials. After logging in, you have to land on the account dashboard. If the Starlink app is used, tap on the profile icon in the upper right corner of the app. Sign into the app.
2. Find the order in the Your Orders section
On the account dashboard page, find the section categorized Your Orders. This section contains all orders on your account, whether they are for Starlink units or accessories.
You can rapidly see an order summary from this page. You will see the delivery address, order status or tracking number, and a View button. To view more details, click View.
If you are using the app, touch on Orders from the account menu to view a list of your orders. You will see an order summary, and tracking info if the item has been dispatched..
3. Check the status under Order Summary
When click on View option, you will move to a page with more details on your order. Under the Order Summary section, find info like order date, order number, and order status.
To check the status of your Starlink order, check under Order Status. Here are the three Starlink order statuses:
Pending – the order has been placed, but not yet processed by Starlink
Preparing Shipment – Starlink has processed the order, but it has not shipped yet
Shipped – Starlink has dispatched the order and provided a tracking number
If your order has not dispatched yet, it will say Preparing Shipment. Otherwise, if it says Shipped, you can check the tracking information on the right side of the screen. You can click the tracking number to view additional info on the FedEx website.
